Arifida SA was born in Chiasso on 22 January 1976 by the hand of Battista Ponti who, already on the strength of solid experience in the fiduciary branch, assisted by a small team of people, gives life to what today is one of the most important realities in the sector on the scene, not only in Ticino, but also nationally with wide outlets and positive international feedback.
Arifida immediately proved to be an entity particularly oriented towards international development, becoming a member, as early as 1979, of theInternational Fiscal Association (IFA). This adhesion has allowed the Group to attend numerous international congresses over the years, the contents of which have in fact broadened the knowledge of international tax law of Arifida and its collaborators, as a guarantee of professional skills in continuous and constant updating.
Proof of this is how already in the very first years of activity Arifida has carved out a space of all importance in the prolific cross-border market, a commercial hub in which the quality and timeliness of Swiss services blend well with the entrepreneurial fabric of nearby Lombardy.
The growth of Arifida, gradually, materializes exponentially over time with an evolution and a statement that soon sees it among the protagonists of the Insubric economic environment.
If initially the services offered were reduced to purely administrative and accounting ones, the needs of the market strongly conditioned by socio-economic factors that have greatly transformed it over the years, have in fact encouraged Arifida who responded to requests by increasing its service platform increasing its specialist skills and consequently, expanding and internationalizing its range of action also thanks to the many correspondents scattered all over the world. Since 2000 Arifida, as a member of the Chamber of Trust, has obtained the statute of belonging to the self-regulatory organization (OAD), which was followed, starting from 1 January 2005, by the affiliation to the self-regulatory organization (OAD) of the Swiss Union of Trustees
